The problem with this was I was struggling to lose 20kgs.
Then I discovered how many calories and fat was in one slice of café style banana bread (660 calories / 31 grams of fat)
After many attempts I recreated an amazing recipe for a skinny banana bread which had just 189 calories and only 2 grams of fat – that’s a massive difference.
