When is the BEST time of the day to exercise?
The answer is?
ANYTIME – just get it done…
Here’s some TIPS that may help you become more consistent..
If you are Super Busy or might “put it off” until tomorrow then try first thing in the morning.
Set your alarm…then just ROLL and GO:
At the end of a long day you will feel so relieved and happy knowing you already did your workout.
I also find when you workout first thing in the morning you tend to eat better and this makes you feel awesome all day.
Lee follows my program and does all her workouts at home before the family gets up…
But what if you are not a morning person?
If you are not a morning person…exercise in the evening.
I had client who trained at my studio.
In the 7:30pm session she did great, full of energy, great focus…
She trained at night with me for years…
Then, She read somewhere that the morning was the best time to exercise.
So she tried my 5:00am session.
After training her at night for so long…I was shocked to see her in the morning session.
and she was a different person…
she had no energy…no focus
After that one morning session she swapped back to evenings..
It’s Important to plan your workout for the time of day that is going to work for you
…and then get your workout done…
Morning, evening… it doesn’t matter…just get it done…
