Breaking the diet cycle is all about working with your body.
The same is true when your exercise.
When you are unfit, or out of shape or over 30, 40 or 50…
Crazy hard workouts and hours and hours in the gym will just mess up your body.
All you need to do to get started is 20 minutes three times a week.
That’s all you need to get started and it’s great for where your body is at right now.
You dont need to join a gym.
You can do those 20 minutes of exercise at home and get incredible results.
