Today I am going to share a really cool trick you can use to lose 5-20kgs
…without missing out on Pizza, Burgers and Take Away.
I remember every time I started a diet..
I always felt like I was missing out on my favourite foods.
I had 20kgs to lose so it really felt like I would be missing out on my favourite foods for ever.
And that was really tough because I love food.
I just felt miserable all the time and this feeling of missing out would always lead to a blowout.
We all have our favourite go-to food.
That food or meal that really hits the spot you really enjoy and look forward to.
Traditional diets have you believe that you need to miss out on all your favourite foods and can no longer enjoy your favourite meals.
I finally got breakthrough and lost my 20kgs when I discovered I could still enjoy my favourite go-to meal
…and I could eat them in a way to helped me to Slim Down and Tone up FASTER…
Here is what I did…
Once a week I started having what I call a “Refuel Meal”.
A refuel meal is one meal a week where I ate without any “diet rules”.
That meal could be:
- pizza and garlic bread,
- spaghetti bolognese,
- Thai noodles,
- burgers and wedges,
- a slice of apple pie,
- going out to dinner with my partner,
- or having an Indian takeaway on the couch watching a great funny film.
In my Drop a Dress Size Challenge I call this special meal “Refuel”
Here is why you should be eating takeaway or your favourite rich food of choice once per week.
1. If you have something to look forward to each week it is much easier to stick to your eating plan.
2. If you have earnt your special meal…you can enjoy it without feeling guilty.
If you like to socialize and entertain this is perfect for you as it creates a lifestyle balance.
3. It has been scientifically proven that if you “spike” your calories, one meal, once per week your metabolism gets a boost and you burn fat faster.
This means you get faster results week after week.
