When I lost my 20kgs I discovered a simple way to workout at home.
The 2 simple workout tricks I discovered will help you to:

Here is How to do the Very at Best Home Workout
1.Get your heart rate up with some simple cardio
This can be as simple as a skipping rope or jogging on the spot.
My personal fave for cardio is the skipping rope.
After just 30 seconds of cardio do a strength exercise that works multiple muscles at once for an incredible fatburn and tone.
Start with one pair of 3kg hand weights.
If you dont have any hand weights they are super cheap at kmart, target, rebel or bigw.
You can also look at facebook marketplace and gumtree.
Keep in mind they are very cheap new so if you are super busy just grab them new and get on with your workouts 🙂
(If you are already in hard core lockdown then improvise. Anything heavy will do)
