Can You Lose Weight Without Exercise?

I used to think the fastest way to lose weight was by doing hours and hours of exercise.

I personally struggled for a long time to lose my 20kgs

At one time I was doing hours and hours of exercise every week…

and my body wasn’t changing

and I just couldn’t understand why​​…

I got breakthrough when I discovered 

Weight loss comes from Nutrition

NOT Exercise

After struggling with my weight for years…

I went from a size 14 jeans to a size 8

and it happened fast

all because I got my nutrition right

I have seen this over and over coaching 1000s of women of all ages, shapes and sizes

When you get your nutrition right

you can lose 1/2 to 1kg per week

with no exercise at all.

​You can get your nutrition WRONG 

and do hours and hours of exercise (like I was doing)

and LOSE NO Weight at all.

I always tell my clients the same thing

Get what you eat right FIRST

then worry about workouts
