Eating 5 times per day can be super easy as well…

Here is how:

1. Have a good healthy breakfast,

2. Eat lunch and dinner

To help my clients out I have created heaps and heaps of recipes for “fat burning snacks”.

Here is my criteria for a “fat burning snack” recipe.

The Merry Muffin feels just like a regular muffin except it doesn’t have all the calories and fat.

Bliss balls are another incredible snack.

I developed this recipe for my clients who wanted something “chocolatey” and sweet.

They are quick and easy to grab and also really satisfying.

Instead of reaching for a Mars bar or chocolate my clients are able to have a bliss ball and completely satisfy that need without going off track.

3. Morning Nosh

Morning nosh is another recipe that I’ve created for my clients that like something a little bit more savory, something quick and easy that they can put together in no time at all.

4. Slimdown Smoothies

People often ask me “When is the best time of day to work out?”

“Will you get better results if you train in the morning or evening?”

The best time of the day to work out is ANYTIME

It’s all about getting your workout DONE.

Your body will respond to your workout any time of the day.

Magazines are full of lots of silly tips about what time of day you should work out and none of those tips make any difference.

What counts is getting your workouts done.

TIP: Make Your Workouts a Weekly Habit.

I suggest you plan ahead to set a time for you workouts then stick to it.

Pick a time of day when you are most likely to get your workouts done.

Think about

  • When you have the best energy levels?
  • When you are least likely to be interrupted?
  • Once you have your workout time, treat it like any other important appointment.

Your workouts will soon become a habit.
