Tip 1: Limit your coffee intake to ONE per day ..
Tip 2: Drink lots of water thru the day to Stay Hydrated.
The Caffeine in coffee can really dehydrate your body and this will slow your metabolism which means slower fatloss and less energy.
Tip 3: When It comes to Weight Loss I have members eating often thru the day to keep their metabolism high.
It’s Important to make sure coffee is not making you skip meals as skipping meals slows your metabolism.
Plus when you skip meals you tend to over eat later and this not only causes weight gain but lots of problems for your digestion.
Tip 4: The final tip is to have your coffee at the start of the day so it’s flushed out of your system before bed.
A Sound Sleep is super important for Weight Loss and Energy levels…
