Day 15 – Your Workouts for Week 3

Bring on another Monday!

Hopefully you got super organised over the weekend and you are ready to ‘Bring It’ this week and Focus like you Mean it….

Tip: Don’t make Excuses make Improvements…

Everything in your life is a reflection of a choice you have made, If you want a different ‘Result’ make a Different ‘Choice’….

Remember to always let your STAR shine Bright, – You got this!

Here are Your Workouts for This Week:

Beginners: Do the first 2 sets of each workout.

Intermediate: Do the first 3 sets of each workout + 1-2 extras each week.

Advanced: Do all sets of each workout + all extras each week.

Monday: Step It Up 1.0 >>

Tuesday: (extra workout) Skip it Away>>

Wednesday: Step It Up 2.0 >>

Thursday: Be Active for at least 30mins
(Walk, Swim, Yoga, Pilates, Bike, Sport)

​​​Friday: Step It Up 3.0>>

Saturday: Complete the Stretch and Tone Sequence >>

Sunday: Official Rest Day – Just go do something Fun
