Day 19 – Feeling FIT Friday

I am sure if you have been on track you are feeling mighty FIT today…

It’s amazing how quickly the body can Transform when you do all the right things…

Let’s keep getting those results week after week…

Smash out today’s workout with Enthusiasm

and Remember to FLUSH for Meal 5​​​​​​​

Friday is a day to fully flush your body of any stored waste so you can have a true weight reading on Saturday morning. ​​​​​​​

Tomorrow is your weigh-in followed by a yummy refuel meal.

My meal plans and exercise programs are based around my clients getting a result EVERY week and here are my guidelines for long term sustainable results.

  • If you have less than 10kg to lose a good goal is 0.5kg per week
  • If you have more than 10kg to lose a good goal is 0.5 – 1kg per week
  • If you do not need to lose weight but drop body fat and tone up a good goal is decreasing the overall measurements you took on your measurements sheet.

To Completely Flush the Fat Before Your Measure:

Have a Slimdown Smoothie as your last meal on Friday Night.

If you eat a Heavy or Dense Meal the night before your RESULTS check – the meal will not digest in time and this will mask your true Result…

How to Eat on Flush the Fat Friday:

For Meals 1 – 4: Eat 4 Response Mode Meals from the recipe guide.

For Meal 5: Have a Slimdown Smoothie.

On Fridays I Eliminate Bread and Dairy and Strictly follow the Ultimate Mealplan and use the Ultimate Swaps for each recipe
