Ensure all your meals are planned for the next week, shop for your ingredients and book your workouts into your schedule.

Today is your day off structured exercise and to rest your body.
Do something fun and active a walk, stand up paddle, kayak, hike, take the kids for a bike ride, go for a big walk with your dog.
Today is an awesome day to stretch or do some Yoga!
