Day 23 – Drink Up :-)

Hey {!firstname_fix}, Today Is a great day to focus on drinking water!

Before we get into why water is so great for fatloss…

I am super excited there has been so much interest in joining Miss Fitness Life Workout Club for next week.

ok let’s get back to water…

Water is critical for Response Mode.

With the right amount of water in your body, your digestion will function to 100%, removing fat and toxins from your body.

Drinking enough water eliminates belly bloat that has been caused from your digestion not functioning properly due to dehydration.

Drinking enough water will ensure that your tummy fat starts to soften from a tight ball.

Soft tummy fat instead of hard tummy fat is the first sign that your tummy fat is ready to break down and budge.

My Top Tips for Staying Hydrated

1. Take the Pee Test:
If your pee is dark yellow, you need to drink more water.
If your pee is light in colour, you are doing well!

2. Get yourself a bottle (or bottles) of water.
The larger the bottle, the more you are likely to drink.

3. Set reminder alarms in your phone.
Every 2-3 hours have a little alarm go off to remind you drink 1-2 glasses of water to create the habit.

4. Take the Pinch Test
Pinch your tummy and let go.

When you are well hydrated: Your skin should come away cleanly and pop straight back when you let go.

If the pinch stays up instead of popping back: You need to drink a lot more water.

If your body is accustomed to being dehydrated, this may mean a few extra trips to the bathroom while your body adjusts.
