My meal plans and exercise programs are based around my clients getting a result EVERY week and here are my guidelines for long term sustainable results.

  • If you have less than 10kg to lose a good goal is 0.5kg per week
  • If you have more than 10kg to lose a good goal is 0.5 – 1kg per week
  • If you do not need to lose weight but drop bodyfat and Tone up a good goal is decreasing your overall measurements that you took at the start of the Slim Down Challenge.
