A lot of people tell me they are addicted to sugar and as soon as they try and cut back on sugar they get headaches and cravings…
It’s the added excess sugar and fake chemical sweeteners found in everyday Supermarket, processed foods and junk food that cause all the problems.
I have my members swap nasty added sugary foods for foods that are sweetened naturally..
Not all sugar is bad and sugar that occurs naturally in foods such as fruit and vegetables is essential for the body and it gives you energy and helps with Fat Loss..
So here’s an Example,
Instead of a sugary processed muffin or banana bread from a café or bakery my members make a quick batch of my Berry muffins or Skinny banana bread..
My Recipes are made from Pure and Natural Ingredients and Sweetened Naturally.
The same goes for my Chocoholics,
The average Chocolate bar is full of chemically produced added sugars and fake sweeteners and super bad for your body and Weight Loss..
Fake sugars are especially bad for people who struggle with emotional snacking as these chemicals really mess up your body and make you more emotional..
So Instead I have my members create chocolate snacks from my Recipe Guide,
Instead of eating a rich high sugar chocolate bar they swap it for my Chocolate Bliss Balls or my Chocolate Black Forest Slice from my recipe guide..
This way they are satisfying that need for a chocolate hit in a pure and natural way that is kind to the body..
and the third tip is,
If they are still craving a sugar hit I have them sip on herbal tea or peppermint tea to neutralise the palette and eliminate the cravings..
Once you start to wean yourself off the toxic nasty added sugars and chemical sweeteners you will find you no longer want or crave that junk..
You will start to look better, feel better, your skin will look better and you will have more energy
and eventually just the thought of looking at one of the sugary chemical filled junkfood snacks will make you feel sick..
So don’t eliminate just SWAP with something better, pure and natural options are the way to go and sip on peppermint tea…
