So this week I am sharing 3 of my best tricks for getting a Flat Tummy.
Trick one is to ditch cardio based workouts.
Stop pounding the pavement,
Stop doing all those intensive jumping around like a “bouncing bean” classes,
Ditch the cardio,
Ditch the treadmill
Instead: Start working out with hand weights.
Alternating exercises between your upper and lower body..
As well as exercises that use your upper and lower body at the same time.
When you exercise like this, it gets your heart rate pumping without over doing it.
These exercises also give you efficient blood circulation and oxygen flowing right through your body to boost your metabolism for faster fatloss.
It gets your system alive, and starts targeting your muscle to really “eat the fat away”.
It’s also the best way slim you down your whole body (including abs) and tone you up.
