Free Pass Method for Christmas

December 11, 2020 by Vix

Today I am sharing a very cool trick for staying on track at Christmas…

without missing out on all the Christmas Treats 🙂

I am pretty different to other trainers and “fitness gurus”.

I have a very different view on how to eat for special occasions like Christmas.

This time of year you will hear trainers, “fitness gurus” and magazines go on and on…

About how to diet and reduce calories at Christmas time.

I call “BORING”.

Those trainers: they are fitness grinches.

Why ruin Christmas Day?

I went through this when I was struggling with my own weight.

I was seeing trainers,

I was going to the gym and I was reading every magazine.

Always at these special times of year they were trying to put a damper on it.

Rather than look forward to Christmas…

they go on and on and on about silly food swaps…

Stuff like:

Swapping cauliflower for mashed potato

Restricting portion sizes

Eating something before you go to Christmas lunch so you don’t fill up.

Avoid the bread,

Avoid the pudding,

Avoid dessert.

Basically, they are saying “be miserable on Christmas Day”.

It’s Christmas!!!

I totally disagree with those methods.

That’s not what being fit and healthy is all about.

I believe there needs to be balance so you’ve got something to look forward to.

There is a much better way to enjoy Christmas with the family…

A Way that allows you to ENJOY your XMAS DAY FEAST…

Where you can Eat and Drink Whatever you want Guilt Free…

I call it the Free Pass Method

How the Free Pass Method Works

Special days like

  • Christmas Day
  • Your Birthday
  • Your Wedding Day

Are your FREE days

When you are living your Miss Fitness Life to the full…

It’s actually a great idea have a few RELEASE days through the year.

It also makes your special days more enjoyable because you know you have earned them.

Here is How my Clients Earn Their Free Pass:

1. Plan for a few days off and celebrate

So that may be Xmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day as your FREE days

plan for when you are back to eating right…

Plus plan when you are back to workouts…

TIP: a few days off is not going to do much damage but a few weeks off will…

If you decide beforehand your FREE days and when you are back on track…

It will process in your brain that’s what you are going to do and will make it easier for you to get back on track…

1. Follow your mealplan 100% eating healthy food right up to your Free Days

2. Complete your workouts right up to your Free Days

On XMAS DAY ENJOY your Christmas feast & celebrations with no restrictions –

Eat Drink and Be Merry in any way you please…

And then back to healthy balanced eating the day you planned.

… it’s a WIN win…

It’s about making being FIT, HEALTHY and ACTIVE a Lifestyle..

Kerrie, one of my members, has really taken on board the free pass method.

She got her body fit and healthy and doesn’t want to ruin it.

When Kerrie goes on holidays she wants to be able to enjoy herself.

To go to different restaurants and try different things and not miss out.

The free pass is perfect for her.

Most of the time she eats healthy and stays active.

Then when it comes to her holidays she can enjoy it and chill out.

Bonus Tip:

The fast, easy way to feel fuller, beat cravings, beat belly bloat and flatten your tummy is

to have a Yummy Flat Tummy Protein Smoothie once a day.
