Almost everyone I meet who wants to lose weight really believes that they need to:
- Drastically cut back on calories
- Eat only chicken and salad
- Start running
- Skip the bread, rice, pasta and potatoes
- Exercise like crazy to the point of exhaustion and pain
- Miss out on all their favourite foods
- And do 100’s of crunches to get a flat tummy
And it’s so WRONG
So Today I will start with – CALORIES
But let me warn you….
This advice is based on my experience of working with thousands of Body Transformation Clients
in my studio and online
who wanted to get to goal weight in a balanced and sustainable way…
Everyday women who were mum’s,
worked full time

I know Counting Calories and getting obsessed with everything they eat
would NEVER work for them..
Instead of trying to count every calorie…
You need to focus on what you eat instead of how much you eat.
Here is what I call my “Flat Tummy Checklist”
1. Have 5 meals a day to boost your metabolism for Faster Fatloss.
That’s as simple as Breakfast, Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner.
2. Make one of your 5 meals each day a Flat Tummy Protein Smoothie
This will keep you feeling full and flush you out for a flatter tummy.

3. Drink lots of Water

The more you drink the more you shrink.
Over 70% of your body is water and you need to be in a hydrated state to burn fat off your tummy, hips, thighs and arms.
4. Have “Fat Burning” protein with every meal
Your daily meals need to be balanced with the right ratios of fat burning protein, carbohydrates, fats and fibre for weightloss.
5. Replace processed and instant meals with meals made from pure and natural foods
Meals made from fresh, whole ingredients will fill you up…
and provide your body with all the nutrition it needs for energy and fatloss.

Let me share what I did when I lost my 20kgs…
I discovered I had a knack for recreating recipes for yummy ‘skinny’ versions of all my favourite foods…
My versions of all these foods have less calories, less carbs, less sugar and less fat… and are still delicious and satisfying…
I was eating the best food ever,
I was never hungry
and I was losing weight faster than I believed was possible.
I lost 20kg.

My jeans went from a size 14 jeans that were too tight
(cutting me in half)
to a size 8 that fit perfectly on my hips with no muffin top.

and these recipes didn’t just help me to lose weight…
