Flat Tummy Trick Three
Trick three is to eat foods that help flush toxins from your body.
By including certain foods, especially:
- high fibre,
- high alkaline foods into your diet,
You can beat the bloating and the fat deposits on your tummy, making it easier for your body to stay lean, and for your tummy to get toned.
The biggest turning point when I lost my 20kgs was when I re-invented my favourite meals.
As soon as I was able to eat yummy meals that were also fat-burning, satisfying and filling getting into shape was EASY.
All the recipes in my program are created to help “flush the fat” with ingredients that are high in fibre and high alkaline.
