To see your flat, toned abs you need to focus on removing the belly fat.

Most people think you need to do 100’s of crunches or sit ups and this is WRONG.

Your tummy muscles are some of the smallest muscles in your body.

No matter how hard or how long you work them, you will never burn off the fat padding that covers them.

It would be great if there was a magic wand that could simply make it flat and toned.

Start with your nutrition.

Tip 1: Boost Your Metabolism

This is the only way you can strip fat off your tummy.

To boost your metabolism you need to stop fad diets and you actually need to eat more through the day and eat often through the day.

Here is an example of a day of food I would put my clients on if they wanted to lose weight on their tummy fast.

Tip 2: Drink More Water

Over 70% of your body is water and this means your body requires enough water daily to function properly.

When your body is well hydrated and functioning properly your metabolism is boosted which is great for fatloss.

Drinking enough water through the day also keeps your digestive system working efficiently which stops your body from storing fat on your tummy or being bloated.

Being well hydrated flushes the toxins from body, giving you a flatter tummy.

Tip 3: Quit Cardio

So many people think to lose weight on their tummy they need to do a lot of cardio like running.

Running increases your hunger making you want to overeat.

Running just burns off any toning and stores fat making you look flabbier.

The preferred place of fat storage on your body is on your tummy.

Once you nail your nutrition your stomach fat will start to disappear.

The to TONE your Tummy..

All you need to do in regards to exercise is a simple sequence of strength exercises for 20 mins 3 x per week..
