1. How to get into awesome shape (without Starving Yourself)
I’ve been a body transformation coach for over 15 years.
Almost everyone I’ve met thinks that to lose weight and tone their abs…
…you need to go on an extreme diet and give up all of your favourite foods.
You need to cut carbs, eat nothing but carrot sticks and lettuce…
tiny portion sizes, bland foods, counting every calorie.
Its just not true.
Restrictive dieting, starving yourself,
cutting carbs, skipping meals
and having tiny portion sizes
is not the answer.
All that does is cause your body to get stressed and go into shock.
No one can stick to this kind of diet.
You get hungry,
so hungry,
you get cravings,
you get tired and cranky,
and you just can’t function.
If you can’t function, imagine your body.
When your body can’t function, your body really struggles to burn fat and slim you down and tone you up.
When Your Body is in SHOCK…
- You get uncontrollable cravings for all the wrong things,
- You have a big blowouts
- You end up fatter and
- Your body get more messed up
Every time you go on a crazy restrictive diet it makes it harder for your body.
The biggest turning point I had when I was changing my own body, and this has worked for thousands of my clients as well, was when I stopped dieting and started eating more.
2. How to get into awesome shape (without missing out on your fav foods).
I discovered that you can eat incredible meals when you just know how to do them right.
You don’t need to live off salads.
You can have everyday meals that you already know, just done in a healthy way, so you’re never missing out.
Things like omelettes and classic sandwiches and hot pot and muffins and pancakes.
You don’t need to miss out on:
Muffins, Noodles, Bread, Peanut Butter, Potatoes, Wedges, Pizza, Spring rolls, Sossy rolls…
3. Once a Week you can have a Special Meal
Another thing I discovered is that once a week you can have a
special meal…
When I was transforming my own body I realized that I could have a special meal once a week.
Something that I could look forward to without any restrictions and without feeling guilty.
This really helped me to stay motivated the whole time when I lost those 20 kilos.
If I wanted to have pizza or a burger and wedges, or Indian takeaway, or noodles or spaghetti bolognaise, or go out to dinner.
I could do that freely without even having to worry…
I could choose whatever I wanted off the menu and I was still able to lose weight week after week.

4. You should be eating often instead of skipping meals
Instead of dieting, I actually tell my clients they can eat as often as they want.
The more often you eat food in a day…the easier it is for your body to burn fat.
Here is a day of food on my program.
Catherine always thought that to lose that weight, she would have to restrict her food intake, cut calories, diet and exercise like crazy.
It just wasn’t true.
Once I was able to show Catherine you can start eating more often and you’ll just feel fuller, you won’t have any cravings.
It just feels right because it makes sense to your body.
Here is an example of one day of food that Catherine would be eating.

didn’t get cravings,

Mel always thought that she needed to diet, that she needed to do all these extreme things and cut carbs and that she wasn’t able to enjoy the food that her family was eating.
Once she realized how to get her body into response mode, by eating more often, she totally, not only slimmed down, but toned up her entire body.
Plus, her whole family are loving this way of eating.
Sossie rolls, burgers, nutty cake
Because it’s everyday real food, the whole family eat healthy and they don’t even know it.
Plus, Mel is a big fan of her special, once a week meal as well.
She’s found that also helps her, just like it helped me.
So, whether that’s a pizza or a beautiful Thai dish, that’s something that Mel can enjoy with her family.
