every time I tried to eat healthy I would get super hungry….
Soon my hunger turned into cravings…
You know for all the wrong things….
Muffins, chips, chocolate, cake, lollies, biscuits, ice cream and more.

Soon I would give in to my cravings and I would “give up” eating healthy…
until Monday…when I would start all over again.
One day I was experimenting in my kitchen and I made my first smoothie…
Before then I had only every used my blender for strawberry daiquiris 🙂
It was just a simple smoothie recipe.
After having my smoothie, I noticed I wasn’t hungry for hours…
and my cravings were gone.
Soon I started experimenting and made more and more smoothie recipes.
Having a smoothie a day I noticed:

- My cravings were gone
- My tummy was flatter
- I had more energy
- My clothes fitted better
- I was feeling more toned
- And at the end of the week I was “winning” on the scales
