I Love Riding, Training and Showing Horses – this requires a lot of energy, fitness and stamina.
I Love Taking my dogs out Everyday for a hike or to the dogbeach or dogpark.
I Love to Go Stand-up Paddle boarding along the rivers and canals of the Sunshine Coast.
And I Love to Go Hiking and Exploring the National Parks and Coastlines …
For me eating right and working out lets me to live my passion, my Miss Fitness Life.

The Long weekend is coming so I thought I would share
My 3 top tips on how to have an awesome weekend, get outdoors, stay fit and Eat Healthy
1. Decide to do something fun and active and if you can outdoors in the fresh air.
It’s good for your Mind, Body and Soul…
I recently did a 4 hour Day trip around “Hells Gates” at Noosa.
2. Pack a Super Yummy Lunch
My favourite is a fresh bread roll with:
Pan fried sweet chilli tofu (of course you could use bbq chicken),
and as much raw salad I can fit on it
salt and pepper….
This is a hunger buster when you have been walking in the fresh air.
Plus I also pack some sandwich bags with some nuts, dried fruit and a couple of pieces of fresh fruit and lots of water…
3. On Days I am out with the horses or at a horse show or with the dogs at the dogbeach or going for a paddle I love to bring a Slimdown Bar
I personally created the recipe for Slimdown bars so they are 100% pure and natural so you always feel satisfied.
