Today’s post is on losing weight when you are a woman over 30 years of age, 40 years of age or 50 years of age.
Sometimes when I share weight loss stories or Before and After Pics…
Some people comment like this:
“I couldn’t achieve those results as its harder to lose weight when you are over 35 or 40 yrs of age”
Or sometimes they say…
“It’s harder to lose weight and tone up or have a flat Stomach after kids”
Today I am going to tell you that is a FALSE BELIEF.
I have worked with 1000’s of women in person and online and 99% of those women were over the age of 35yrs.
Nicola is over 50 years of age and has 2 kids .
Nicola took her transformation to a whole new level and is in the best shape of her life.
Mel is in her 40’s, has 2 kids – lost 30kg and has a totally flat, toned stomach.
Lee is in her 40’s, has 3 small kids and was able to lose the “baby belly”.
Vicki is in her 50’s (and has 2 kids) and has dramatically changed her body…
…after struggling with her weight her whole life.
Catherine lost an amazing 30kgs.
Catherine is in her 40’s, and has 2 kids.
Catherine has told me she struggled with her weight her whole life and still remembers being bullied at school for her weight.
Nicky is in her 40’s, has 3 kids, and now has the body of a 20 year old.
So why were these women all able to achieve such a Dramatic Body Transformation?
It was down to three things:
1. They Made the Decision to try
2. They followed a program designed for women over 30, 40, and 50 years of age.
If you try and do something that is for teenyboppers or those in their 20’s it’s not going to be right for you…
…or for where you body is at right now.
You need to find something a balanced solution that is specifically made for women who are busy…
…and made for women who have other things going on in their lives.
3. After seeing results in the first week they believed they could go all the way and made the decision to Finish what they started…
As we get older we can get very stuck in our ways and habits..
We have already established
- Eating habits
- Exercise Habits (or non exercise habits 🙂
- What we prioritise in our use of time.
In order for CHANGE to occur we need to make Change…
It’s not about perfection…
It’s about effort and when you believe in yourself and bring a little bit of effort each day..
That’s where Transformation happens…
That’s how CHANGE occurs…
