Today I want to share with you a little simple saying my members and I use every morning…
This simple saying helps to ensure we have enough time to get up in the morning for a quick workout, nutritious breakfast and arrive at work on time or drop the kids off without rushing around...
and that simple saying is….
Just ROLL and GO
It’s something that if you say often enough you start to believe it..
And what your mind believes the body achieves..
Just Roll and Go is actually a saying that starts at night..
You say it firstly at night time to preframe yourself of the actions you are going to take when that alarm goes off in the morning.
So the night before tell yourself tomorrow Morning I am going to Just Roll and Go
The night before get your exercise clothes ready to go..
The night before Know Exactly what you are going to have for breakfast..
The night before Have your Work or Clothes for the day laid out..
This is going to save you so much time the next morning..
Then as soon as that alarm goes off..
BOOM – Just Roll and Go..
Tell yourself Just Roll and Go – you may need to tell yourself a few times in the beginning..
Each day you do this you are creating a positive automatic behaviour..
Instead of hearing that alarm going off and saying omg I am so tired..
You are going to say ok its time to ROLL and GO
Plus once your up and have done a quick workout and had a healthy breakfast you will feel AMAZING all day..
