What’s On the Menu (Sneak Peek)

Today I am sharing a “sneak peek” of what’s in the Meal Plan for the 28 Day Summer Body Transformation.

When I lost my 20kgs I worked out the only way I could succeed was to eat food that I LOVED.

So I took my favourite meals and turned them into fat burning recipes that were filling and delicious.

I loved the food, and the meals helped me to lose 20kgs.

The recipes I created are now in my 28 Day Body Transformation meal plan…

The recipes are easy to prepare, family friendly, and contain simple ingredients you can grab from your local supermarket.

I love food, but I am not a chef so all the meals are quick and easy to prepare.
