So what is so bad about sugar?
You know when you give kids sugar and they go absolutely crazy?… it’s just as bad for adults as well…
Remember the “Sugar Scene” in the Daddy Daycare movie?
Here is what is so bad about sugar (for grownups)
- Sugar increases fat deposits on your stomach, hips thighs and arms
- Sugar creates mood swings
- Sugar increases emotional eating
- Sugar disrupts your sleeping patterns
- Sugar increases cellulite
- Sugar causes your skin to become dry, your hair brittle and your nails weak
- Sugar makes you crave more sugar
- Sugar will never full your up, it actually makes you more hungry and will lead you to overeating every time
When sugar is combined with fats, and other nasties (think a creme egg) the negative side effects of sugar are multiplied.
