The key to getting incredible results without being hungry or getting cravings is to break what I call the Diet Cycle
Yesterday I shared that instead of starving yourself or restricting calories your need to Eat More, to give your body what it needs.
The next step in breaking the diet cycle is to eat often.
- Makes you feel fuller
- Fires up your metabolism (helping you to burn fat 24/7)
- Helps you beat cravings.
Instead of skipping meals I tell women on my program to eat often instead.
Here’s an example of a day of food on my program eating more often.
