In today’s post I am sharing how to slim and tone your arms, legs, thighs, butt & abs.
I also share how anyone: regardless of age, weight or fitness level can achieve a slim and toned body.
I design workouts for women who are over 30, 40 or 50 years of age.
I specialise in creating workouts suitable for women who have not exercised in a while.
I specialise in creating workouts for women who want fast results to slim and tone their whole body.
When I started my journey to lose 20kg I was not your typical fitness fanatic.
I tried every style of workout – running, bootcamp, gym, and I HATED every minute of it.
So I developed a way of working out that made it faster, easier and got better results…
I taught my method to clients at my studio for 15 years.
Now I am sharing this method with thousands of women online…
Trick 1
Cardio is only 5 mins long in any one burst..
I know that anyone can do 5 mins of cardio.
In my workouts the cardio is never longer than 5 mins at once.
My personal fave for cardio is the skipping rope.
Trick 2
Use hand weights and alternate between your upper and lower body.
This is the secret to tightening and toning trouble spots.
When you alternate between your upper and lower body you “shunt” blood and oxygen right through your body.
This increases your metabolism and helps you to burn fat 7x faster than traditional exercise.
This style of working out slims and tones your arms, hips, thighs, abs, and your butt.
You also start seeing results quickly.
Trick 3
Start exercising with just 20 mins, 3 times per week.
20 mins, 3 times per week is manageable.
Its sustainable and it’s an easy way you can fit working out into your schedule.
Often people try do too many workouts when they get started.
It soon becomes overwhelming and it is just not sustainable.
I design my workouts in a way that allows you to build up and progress over time..
