Here is an example of a day of food I would put my clients on if they wanted to lose weight on their tummy fast.

Over 70% of your body is water and this means your body requires enough water daily to function properly.
When your body is well hydrated and functioning properly your metabolism is boosted which is great for fatloss.
Drinking enough water through the day also keeps your digestive system working efficiently which stops your body from storing fat on your tummy.
Being well hydrated flushes the toxins from body, giving you a flatter tummy.
Tip 3: Quit Cardio
So many people think to lose weight on their tummy they need to do a lot of cardio like running.
Running increases your hunger making you want to overeat.
Running just burns off any toning and stores fat making you look flabbier.
