This is what happened when we QUIT our Diet…
Yes, we had to quit our diet to get these results.
So why did I (and the thousands of women I have helped) only get results after quitting our diets?
Here is why: Traditional diet and weightloss programs set you up to FAIL…
No carbs, low calories, no sugar, detoxing, fasting, no fruit…
Restrictive dieting is the worst thing you can do to your body.
Restrictive dieting starves your body of nutrients.
When your body is deprived of nutrients it makes you extra hungry…
And gives you cravings for all the wrong things…
Like wine, chips and chocolate….
I call it the Diet Cycle…
Here is what happens in the Diet Cycle
1. You go on a particular diet and you try and stick it out for as long as you can.
2. Before you know it, you get super hungry.
3. Your hunger increases and increases and then you start having cravings.
4. Cravings for all these ridiculous foods- junk food, cheesy foods, savory foods.
5. You finally give in with a blowout thinking, “I’ll just have it and then I’ll start again on Monday,”
Then you keep repeating your cycle over, and over, hoping for a different outcome.
The Diet Cycle just “messes up” your body…
When your body’s messed up it makes losing weight and toning up near impossible.
Signs your body is messed up:
- You find it really hard to lose weight
- You lost some weight but are struggling to lose any more
- Uncontrollable cravings and blowouts
- Hungry all the time
- Emotional eating
- Belly fat that just won’t budge
- Low energy levels
