This week I have been sharing how I finally discovered how to lose 20kgs…
and how it all came down to breaking the diet cycle.
When I lost those 20kgs people really noticed the change in my body and were asking me how I did it.
When I told them, I found out what I discovered didn’t just work for my body…
It’s worked for thousands of other women ever since.
For the last 15 years, I’ve been on a mission to help women to get unstuck in their weight loss.
I became a personal trainer and set up my own body transformation gym.
Then, to help even more people, I set up my online programs, and I’ve been able to help thousands of women to completely change their bodies.
Everything I do today is to help people who feel stuck just like I did.
Here is my first tip for totally transforming your body.
1. Eat More to give your body what it needs
Remember, the only way to succeed is to break the diet cycle.
The first step in breaking the diet cycle is to eat more to give your body what it needs.
When you diet, you starve your body of nutrients.
The best way to start giving your body what it needs is through pure, simple and fresh ingredients…
I’m not saying eat just lettuce and carrot sticks 🙂
Here are some of the recipes I created when I lost my 20kgs, and now are part of the programs I share with my clients
I discovered you can eat incredible meals when you just know how to do them right.
You don’t need to miss out on pizza,
sossy rolls,
banana bread,
potatoes,
muffins,
chicken and chips,
noodles, bread,
peanut butter,
wedges,
spring rolls.
You can have them all.
You can have them all every single day and still get amazing results week after week as you’re transforming your body.
It doesn’t have to take long to prepare.
I absolutely love food and I love variety,
but I’m not a chef,
and I don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.
So these are just simple everyday meals and quick and easy to prepare, but they taste absolutely delicious.
Before Mel started on my program she always believed that in order for her to get into great shape, she would need to cut calories and cut carbs and go on food restriction diets.Â
Just like me, Mel had tried all the diets and failed because they just didn’t work.
Once Mel started following my program, she realized that she could eat more, she quickly went on to lose 30 kilos and lost those 30 kilos super-fast.
