How to Transform Your Body Working Out at Home

Can you really get awesome results working out at home?

Yes, You can get totally get amazing results working out from home.

Over 80% of my members work out from home.

A lot of my members are busy, work full time and have a family with young children

Working out at home:

  • saves time
  • feels more comfortable
  • and makes it easy to fit in their workouts

In Vix’s Body Transformation Solution you get the exact workout outlines to follow.

So what do you need?

1. Something for your 5 minute cardio bursts…

This can be as simple as a skipping rope or jogging on the spot.

If you have already have any of these at home already:

  • treadmill,
  • spin bike, or
  • cross trainer 

You can use any of these as well, but they are not required for the program.

2. For the toning exercises in the workouts

Use Hand weights (also called dumbbells)

Start with one pair of 3kg and one pair of 5kg

(you dont need any more)

If you dont have any hand weights they are super cheap at kmart, target, rebel or bigw.

You can also look at facebook buy and sell groups and gumtree.

Keep in mind they are very cheap new so if you are super busy just grab them new and get on with your workouts 🙂
