I am really short on time, how much time does the program take?
Allow 10 mins a day to plan your meals for the next day.
Start with 20 mins of the workouts 3 x per week.
Will I be hungry on the meal plan as I can never to stick to a Diet?
My meal plans are the opposite of FAD DIETS.
You will be eating more food and eating more often.
Eating more and eating often is the best way to boost your metabolism and start losing weight every week.
I have also added heaps of variety to keep you satisfied.
I haven’t exercised in a long time, will I be fit enough to do the workouts?
YES, my workouts are suitable for all fitness levels and designed for:
- Women in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s
- Women who want to lose weight
- Women who have not worked out in a while.
You won’t be doing heaps of cardio or crazy high impact moves.
You work with your body developing strength and tone while burning fat.
I really love food, do I need to give up eating pizza, takeaway and all my favourite foods forever?
No, like you I also love food.
I LOVE a comforting pizza or a good burger or Indian or Thai Takeaway.
There is a “trick” in my programs where you use your favourite foods to boost your metabolism.
Every week you have a “refuel” meal where you enjoy your favourite foods guilt free.
You can still enjoy a good pizza or pasta or fish and chips or even your favourite dessert as part of the program.
Do I need to Join a Gym?
No, Over 80% of my most successful members work out from home.
When I was struggling to lose my 20kg I found the gym a little overwhelming and uncomfortable.
All my workouts can be done at home.
I am a Fussy eater, will I just be eating salads?
Absolutely not… there is no way I could live off salads.
I have created over 120+ delicious everyday meals that you can quickly and easily make.
They are all meal plan approved and with so much variety you can eat something new every day.

Will I need to spend hours prepping meals?
You won’t spend any extra time creating and eating healthy meals.
I have a few meal prepping hacks and my busiest mums tell me they have more time each week.
Do you encourage a Low Carb Diet?
No, low carb diets are not sustainable and cause a lot of damage to your body.
My meal plans are balanced in all nutrients including carbs.
There is a right and wrong way to enjoy carbs.
When you include carbs the right way you have a lot more energy as you slim down and tone up at the same time.
What kind of results can I expect?
You can expect very noticeable results within your first 7 days.
